Week 6 of Everyone Has A Story was deeply moving as Paulo Szot (South Pacific) sang, "The End of Heaven’s Rope" so beautifully for Dirk and Tara Lindsey.

It's almost impossible to imagine what this wonderful couple experienced when they lost their 3 precious children to a drunk driver behind the wheel of a car.

Three children gone.

Three times over the legal limit.

A family destroyed forever, it seemed.

But because of the Lindsey’s deep faith in God’s ability to heal broken hearts, they found deep joy again when they adopted 2 beautiful twin girls from China and appropriately named them "Hope" and "Faith."

We’re so grateful to Rob Maniscalco who painted a gorgeous portrait of all 5 children and presented it to the Lindseys on the Today Show set.
