ARTICHOKE DIP
- 2 cans artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 small jar chopped chile pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chop hearts into smaller pieces
Chop peppers finer
Combine in a deep baking dish (wide enough to use as a dip dish). Add mayo then gradually add in cheese, saving a small amount to sprinkle on top before baking.

I like to add seasoned bread crumbs to my dip before I bake it!

I add Crab Meat along with a fresh jalapeno pepper, it is Delicious
Bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven approximately 25 minutes or until brown around edges and bubbling.
Serve (careful very hot) as is or carefully spoon into your dish of choice.
May be served alone or with crackers, chips, bread etc.
Note: recipe can be doubled or tripled
